In order to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, we would like to inform you that we provide a warranty for your smile jewelry. This means that if any issues arise with the product, we guarantee its repair or replacement.

If you experience any problems with the purchased product, please read the following warranty information and fill out the report form!

Warranty Information:

Our smile jewelry is designed and crafted according to the strictest criteria, in line with our corporate and social responsibility.

The warranty provider is Dr. Szabó Zita Noémi e.v., located at 1132 Budapest, Visegrádi utca 17. 4th floor, 3A.

The warranty does not cover improper use, negligent handling, wear and tear, as well as gift and accessory products. The warranty does not apply to size changes resulting from changes in teeth or gums.

The warranty provider offers a warranty for the product until the date specified on the Certificate provided with the jewelry. The customer can claim warranty service only with the possession of the Certificate.

General Rules:

Rights arising from the warranty can be enforced with the warranty certificate (Certificate), which cannot be conditional upon the return of the opened packaging by the customer.

The warranty period starts on the day the product is handed over to the customer, with the date recorded on the warranty certificate. The enforceability period of the warranty claim starts from the fulfillment of the contract between the parties, i.e., from the delivery of the product to the customer, and lasts for 1, 2, or 3 years, depending on the price of the product. The customer is obliged to notify the provider of the defect without delay after discovering it. According to the contract between the customer and the provider, a defect reported within two days of its discovery is considered notified without delay. The customer is responsible for any damage resulting from delayed notification.

Warranty Rights:

Under the warranty, based on the warranty claim, the customer can:

- request repair, unless it is impossible to fulfill, or it would result in disproportionate additional costs for the business compared to fulfilling another warranty claim, considering the value of the service in a faultless state, the severity of the breach of contract, and the harm caused to the customer by fulfilling the warranty;

- if repair is not feasible, request the replacement of the product;

- if the business has not undertaken the repair or replacement, or cannot fulfill this obligation, the purchase price of the product is refundable to the customer. The provider may apply a proportional reduction concerning the price of the product, depending on the time elapsed since the purchase.

Withdrawal is not possible due to minor defects.

The provider is obliged to record a report on the warranty claim reported by the customer, according to the procedural rules for handling warranty and guarantee claims for goods sold under a contract between the consumer and the business.

The repair period is 2-8 weeks.

The warranty claim becomes void if the damage is caused by:

- improper use (the description of proper use can be read on the website under the User Guide section);

- improper storage, handling, damage, unprofessional repair (Proper storage of smile jewelry can be ensured by using the jewelry storage case provided with the product. It is not recommended to store the jewelry in other storage devices, as this may cause damage to the jewelry. Furthermore, it is not recommended to put any objects or foreign bodies in the mouth while wearing the jewelry, as they may interact and cause various injuries or damages to each other.);

- extreme use (e.g., sports, sauna, spas, getting into the washing machine, scratching/breaking the stone);

- elemental damage, natural disaster.
