Withdrawal from the Submitted Order:
The Customer may notify the Service Provider of their intention to withdraw from the order via email after placing the order.
If the withdrawal occurs before providing the sizing data, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days via online card transaction refund or bank transfer to the account number provided by the Customer.
If the intention to withdraw is expressed after providing the sizing data but before receiving the product, the Customer is entitled to receive up to 90% of the amount indicated on the advance invoice, as the product is custom-made. In the case of home delivery, the receipt date is the date of receiving the package from the courier or picking it up from a pick-up point. This must be confirmed with the invoice or the receipt issued by the courier.
If the intention to withdraw is expressed after receiving the product, the undamaged item can be returned at the Customer’s own expense, along with the invoice or a copy thereof, to the Service Provider’s postal address (1132 Budapest, Visegrádi utca 17. 4th floor 3A). Within 14 days, we will refund 90% of the purchase price of the returned product(s) and the postal costs (up to a maximum of HUF 5000).
If the ordered product does not meet your expectations after delivery, please inform us as soon as possible (but no later than within 14 days). Since the jewelry is custom-made, each return requires individual assessment. Please complete the withdrawal statement sent as an attachment to the order and submit the electronic form.
We will send a confirmation email upon receipt of the form.
You will be notified by email of the outcome of the individual assessment within 14 days. If your return is approved, send the product back to us in its original box (to prevent damage during shipping) to the following address:

Please indicate your intention to withdraw using the withdrawal statement sent with your order. Include your order number and your bank details (account number and account holder’s name), then print the statement and place it in the package you wish to return.
Once the package has been received, we will initiate the refund of the approved amount within 14 days.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
Settlement will occur after acceptance of the withdrawal and receipt of the returned goods, and the amount (in full or partial) affected by the withdrawal will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the withdrawal.
We cannot accept packages returned by cash on delivery.
If the Customer is unable to return the product to the Service Provider without damage, the Service Provider will not buy back the product or refund any part of the purchase price.
